About me
I'm Nick Ligtelijn, 24 years old, born and raised in the beautiful city of 's-Hertogenbosch! Since childhood I have a huge interest in music, especially 'sound tracks' and 'scores' for movies, documentaries, games and commercials. Because of this, I started writing my own compositions at an early age and created my own music style that I like to use for projects around filmography. Here I support the storytelling of film with my sound.
Method
Images as inspirational material is not necessary for me. It won't be a problem when a client wants a first composition before they film their first fragments. An idea, or a story, is more than enough for me to write a first composition. When you have an idea for film and can explain it to me, I will get to work!
Composing is done in a studio where the piano and guitar play major roles. These instruments are both connected to multiple synthesizers and samples where sounds like violins and drums are indistinguishable from real or fake.
